We try to keep our tariff simple.

Hourly rates

£66 including VAT for work completed within 1 hour.
Thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments, based on £60 including VAT per hour.

Fixed rates

Work that takes more than 3 hours will generally be priced at a fixed rate.

Boiler service

£78 including VAT

Landlord certificates

Up to 3 appliances £78 including VAT


Powerflushing – up to 8 radiators – £475 including VAT – reduced to £355.00 including VAT if carried out whilst on site undertaking other work.

Payment methods

Payment can be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer upon receipt of our invoice.


We are happy to provide quotes free of charge – however we reserve the right to quote only for work that we are able to commence within 3 months.

Our Complaints Procedure

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect everything to ensure the work has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Ombudsman Services Ltd for dispute resolution.
